Paul and Jo decided to have a festival themed wedding, one of my most favourite themes! Their reception was held at The Castle Inn, in Castle Donnington- a gorgeous family run bar and grill which is defo worth a visit!
For Jo’s bouquet, we used a mixture of wheat, lavender, eucalyptus, thistles, astrantia and gypsophila. We loved making this for her, the smell of lavender is lovely!
For the groom, we made a button hole that complimented Jo’s bouquet. The same combination of flowers with a white rose added for extra detail. Along with Pauls classic blue tux, this looked stunning when worn.
For their venue dressing, the festival theme continued with gin bottles used to present the flowers on the tables. This is a lovely personal touch that tailors your wedding to you. Paul and Jo provided their own empty gin bottles a few days before their big day, so I had a lot of bottles to play with which was great! (I’m not sure how much gin you consumed pre-wedding though both….!?)
They also went for a lovely top table piece which pulled all of the flowers together. How pretty!
